A typical Italian family, from Tuscany, who live in close contact with nature, who work the land and produce pasta from their own wheat, oil and honey.
ONE FAMILY ONE LAND
The Bertoli family has been cultivating the hilly lands of Santa Luce since the Second World War.
Three generations of Bertoli family have worked in agriculture for years according to tradition, riding the changes of the time, from blacksmiths to agricultural mechanical workers and subcontractors, to become real owners and entrepreneurs with the foundation, in the seventies, of the Bertoli Farm.
Since the 1980s, Giuseppe Bertoli has taken over the family business, developing an experience and in-depth knowledge of the land, seeds and cultivation practices and consolidating his role in the area as a producer of the highest quality wheat.
The cultivation of the land on the Bertoli farm is carried out using organic farming methods. The company applies crop rotation, alternating the cultivation of wheat with that of other legumes and cereals.
The Bertoli Farm makes food safety its most important value: the pristine territory of Santa Luce guarantees healthy products, grown in full respect of biodiversity. The farm has been organic since 2019.
