A reservation of at least 20 days prior to the start of the stay is recommended.
The reservation involves the payment by bank transfer of an amount equal to 30% of the cost calculated for the entire stay.
The bank transfer must be in favor of: La Ghiraia di Bertoli Giuseppe – Via di Franata 18 – 56040 Santa Luce (Pi). The bank details are: Cassa di Risparmio di Volterra, Santa Luce branch.

In case of cancellation, the customer is entitled to a refund of the advance paid only if the cancellation occurs no later than the tenth day prior to the date of the expected arrival.
Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the difference between the reservation and the bill calculated based on the length of stay.
Upon arrival guests are asked for a deposit.
The linen service is optional and the use of one’s own linen is allowed.
